Für viele ist erstmal der Start das Ziel

Wer hat nicht schon mal davon geträumt, erfolgreich an einem Wettbewerb wie den „Stadtwerke Dinslaken Energy Run“ teilzunehmen. Der Start ist oftmals die größte Hürde die es zu nehmen gilt. Marathon Dinslaken bietet daher, ab den 31.Januar.2018, dreimal wöchentlich im Wohnungswald, ein kostenloses Training an. Laufanfänger, Läufer und Walker können sich in elf Wochen auf den 13. Dinslakener Citylauf vorbereiten. Zur Seite stehen euch die wettbewerbserfahrenen Übungsleiter: Friederike Setzepfand, Gabi Üzel und Wilfried Wagner. Iris Trum wird die Gruppe der Walker bis zum Wettbewerb betreuen. Der Kurs „0 auf 5000“ endet am 15.04.2018 mit der Teilnahme am Citylauf. Trainingszeiten: Mittwoch und Freitag ab 17:00 Uhr und Sonntag ab 9:45 Uhr im Wohnungswald an der Voerder-Str.
