Laufen für eine gute Sache

Am Sonntag, den 08.10.2017, gingen drei Marathonies und eine ehemalige Marathonie Gelsenkirchen bei dem von der Erler Sportgemeinschaft e.V. ausgerichteten  10. Brustkrebslauf an den Start. Bei diesem Lauf standen mal nicht Zeiten oder sportliche Leistungen im Vordergrund, sondern das Laufen für eine gute Sache. Es galt auf eine heimtückische Krankheit, an der alleine in Deutschland jeden Tag  50 Frauen versterben, aufmerksam zu machen.
Auf der schönen Laufstrecke über 5,5 km um den Berger See gingen um 13:30 Uhr Manuela Keuten und Ingo Krutzinna an den Start. Die Beiden begleiteten hierbei das ehemalige Marathon Dinslaken Mitglied Anja Krutzinna, die für dieses Wochenende aus Bern in der Schweiz angereist war, um neben einer familiären Feier auch mal wieder mit den alten Sportkollegen laufen zu gehen. Zehn Minuten nach dem Start der Läufer gingen die Walker an den Start. In dieser Gruppe erzielte unsere Marathoni-Walkerin Ulla Warnecke mit dem zweiten Platz im Gesamteinlauf darüber hinaus auch noch eine hervorragende Platzierung.
