46. Hermannslauf am 30.04.2017

Bei traumhaften Bedingungen(14°/☀ und blauem Himmel) ist Michael Haex von Marathon Dinslaken beim Hermannslauf an den Start gegangen.
Der Hermannslauf zeichnet sich durch eine einmalig schöne, aber auch anspruchsvolle und hügelige Strecke über 568 Höhenmetern aus. Der Start befindet sich am Hermannsdenkmal in Detmold und führt über Waldboden, Sandwege, Asphalt und Treppen über eine Distanz von 31.1km nach Bielefeld zur Sparrenburg ins Ziel. Michael Haex ist bisher überwiegend auf ebenen Asphaltstrecken unterwegs gewesen. Der Herrmannslauf hat ihn trotz der sehr anspruchsvollen Strecke so begeistert und mitgerissen, dass er mit einer hervorragenden Zeit von 03:25:00 Stunden lächelnd ins Ziel gelaufen ist. Auch zukünftig hat er den Plan, sich Wettkämpfe vorzunehmen, wo er sich bergan durch unwegsames Gelände kämpfen muss.
