Start des beliebten Lauf-Kurses 0 auf 5000

Auch in diesem Jahr fanden sich wieder zahlreiche Teilnehmer zum Start des Laufkurses „0 auf 5000“ am Freitag dem 03.01.2020 im Wohnungswald ein, um sich gemeinsam auf die Teilnahme am Stadtwerke Dinslaken energyrun am 22.03.2020 vorzubereiten. Unter fachkundiger Anleitung von Friederike Setzepfand, und ihrem Team, bestehend aus Petra Pelzer, Gabi Üzel und Iris Trum, absolvieren die angehenden Läufer in den nächsten Wochen wieder rund 30 Trainingseinheiten, um am Ende des Kurses eine Strecke von  5000 m am Stück laufen oder  walken zu können.
