Start des beliebten Laufkurses am 3.1.2020

Weil die Motivation, in den Laufsport einzusteigen, unter fachkundiger Anleitung in einer Gruppe bekanntlich am größten ist, möchten Friederike Setzepfandt, Wilfired Wagner, Petra Pelzer, Gabi Üzel und Iris Trum als Trainer- und Betreuerteam vom ausrichtenden Verein Marathon Dinslaken auch in diesem Jahr wieder angehende Walker und Läufer mit ihrer langjährigen Erfahrung anleiten und dabei unterstützen, ihre Ziele zu erreichen. „Von 0 auf 5000“ in elf Wochen lautet die Devise. Dabei ist das Ziel die erfolgreiche Teilnahme am 15. Stadwerke Dinslaken energyrun am 22.03.2020 über 5000 Meter.

Start des Kurses ist am Freitag, dem 3.1.2020 um 17:00 Uhr auf dem Wandererparkplatz an der Voerder Straße im Dinslakener Wohnungswald mit der ersten der 32 Trainingseinheiten. Eine vorherige Anmeldung ist nicht erforderlich, die Teilnahme ist kostenlos und mit keinerlei Verpflichtungen verbunden.

In den folgenden elf Wochen finden dann die weiteren, gemeinsamen Trainingseinheiten dreimal wöchentlich, nämlich sonntags um 9:45 Uhr sowie mittwochs und freitags jeweils um 17:00 Uhr statt. Der Verein weist ausdrücklich darauf hin, daß die Zielgruppe für diese Laufveranstaltung Lauf- und Walkinganfänger bzw. -Wiedereinsteiger sind.
