Starker Auftakt beim ersten Training „von 0 auf 5000“

Obwohl das Wetter nicht gerade zum Laufen einlud, waren ca. 20 „Erst“-Läufer in den Wohnungswald gekommen um beim ersten Trainingstag dabei zu sein. Weitere Zusagen für das kommende Wochenende, an den Trainingseinheiten teilzunehmen, konnten unsere Übungsleiter bereits entgegennehmen. Nach der Begrüßung der Teilnehmer, an der auch Manfred Feldkamp und Axel Beyer (beide Vorstandsmitglieder) anwesend waren, ging es mit einem Aufwärmprogramm los. Gut aufgewärmt stand die erste Trainingseinheit von 20 Minuten Dauer an. Zehnmal abwechselnd eine Minute Laufen, anschließend eine Minute gehen war das Tagesziel, welches auch locker umgesetzt wurde.Der Erste Schritt ist gemacht, jetzt heißt es dranbleiben und das Gefühl genießen, wenn man den 5 Km-Lauf beim „Stadtwerke Dinslaken Energy Run“ gefinisht hat. Wir wünschen den Teilnehmern eine sportlich schöne Zeit und viel Erfolg beim City-Lauf.
