Trainingsplan: von 0 auf 5000 m in 11 Wochen

Zeitraum:  vom 31. Januar 2018 bis zum Start am 15. April 2018 (City-Lauf)
 
Marathon Dinslaken bietet allen "Erstläufern" ab 31. Januar, dreimal wöchentlich im Wohnungswald ein Training mit unseren erfahrenen Übungsleitern Friederike Setzepfandt und Gabi Üzel an. Unsere Übungsleiter werden von Wilfried Wagner und Iris Trum (für Walker) unterstützt.

Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos. Eine Mitgliedschaft im Verein ist nicht erforderlich.

Trainingszeiten:
Sonntag 09:45 Uhr - Mittwoch 17:00 Uhr - Freitag 17:00 Uhr   im Wohnungswald an der Voerder Str.
 

Das Training kann auch eigenständig  nach folgendem Trainingsplan durchgeführt werden:
