Start des beliebten Laufkurses war am 18.01.2019

Über 30 Teilnehmer fanden sich zum Start des Laufkurses „0 auf 5000“ am Freitag dem 18.01.2019 im Wohnungswald ein, um sich gemeinsam auf die Teilnahme am Stadtwerke Dinslaken energyrun am 31.03.2019 vorzubereiten.
Unter fachkundiger Anleitung von Friederike Setzepfandt, und ihrem Team, bestehend aus Wilfired Wagner, Petra Pelzer, Gabi Üzel und Iris Trum, absolvieren die angehenden Läufer in den nächsten Wochen wieder rund 30 Trainingseinheiten, um am Ende des Kurses eine Strecke von  5000 m am Stück laufen oder  walken zu können.
