Gute Resonanz für den Stadtwerke Dinslaken Energy Run 2019

Über 200 Nennungen pro Woche deuten darauf hin, dass der Stadtwerke Dinslaken Energy Run am 31. März 2019 wieder ein voller Erfolg wird. Wer bei der Anmeldung schnell ist kann sich freuen,
denn auch 2019 bekommen die ersten 1000 Voranmelder beim Jugendlauf ein T-Shirt und die ersten 1200 Voranmeldungen beim 2,5 Km, 5 Km und 10 Km Lauf ein Funktions-Shirt. Wer sich nicht sicher ist ob er für einen der Läufe fit genug ist, für dem bietet Marathon Dinslaken ab den 18. Januar 2019 ein 11-wöchiges Training von 0 auf 5000 an. Die erfahrenen Übungsleiter vom Marathon Dinslaken führen dreimal wöchentlich ein kostenloses Training für „Erstläufer und Walker“ im Wohnungswald Dinslaken durch, welches mit der Teilnahme am Energy Run endet. Sei auch du dabei, bei der größten und beliebtesten Laufveranstaltung am Niederrhein!
