Oliver Thiel löst Stefan Schank ab!

Seit den 10.01.2018 leitet Oliver Thiel (Foto kniend) das Hallentraining vom Marathon Dinslaken, der somit Stefan Schank ablöst. Oliver Thiel der auf über 25 Jahre Erfahrung in der Sport - und Fitnesswelt verfügt, trainiert die Dinslakener Sportler einmal wöchentlich in der Sporthalle der GGS Lohberg. Die Verbesserung der Leistungsfähigkeit durch Kraft/Ausdauer sowie Koordinations - und Beweglichkeitstraining stehen im Vordergrund. Zum Thema Ernährung und Trainingspläne, steht der Diplom Personal Trainer (IST) und Besitzer diverser A-Lizenzen im Bereich Sport und Fitness mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Das Training findet außerhalb der Ferien immer mittwochs von 20:00 – 21:00 Uhr, für die Mitglieder vom Marathon Dinslaken statt.
