Dieses Wochenende war für unseren Verein Marathon Dinslaken wieder einmal ein echtes Highlight: Sechs unserer Läufer haben beim 42. Rhein-Ruhr-Marathon im Halbmarathon mitgemacht – und das bei optimalen Bedingungen! Insgesamt gingen rund 8.000 Starterinnen und Starter in verschiedenen Disziplinen an den Start, was zeigt, wie groß dieses Event ist. Start und Ziel lagen im Sportpark Duisburg, direkt im Schatten der Schauinsland-Reisen-Arena, wo auch der Zieleinlauf stattfand. Nach dem Lauf konnten sich alle auf dem satten Grün mit einem Siegerbier entspannen und die tolle Atmosphäre genießen.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist unser Vereinsmitglied Andreas, der in der Altersklasse M60 den zweiten Platz belegt hat – mit einer super Zeit von 1:31:55! Herzlichen Glückwunsch, Andreas, das hast du großartig gemacht! Deine Leistung zeigt, dass man auch im fortgeschrittenen Alter noch richtig Gas geben kann.

Wir sind stolz auf alle unsere Läuferinnen und Läufer und freuen uns schon auf die nächsten Rennen.
