Gute Resonanz beim Onlinelaufkurs vom 05.05.2020-16.06.2020

Rund 45 Teilnehmer, die nicht nur aus Dinslaken sondern z. T.  auch aus Dormagen, Witten, Oberhausen, Düsseldorf, Sachsen-Anhalt und anderen Teilen der Republik kamen, hatte der erste Online-Laufkurs, der wegen der Corona Einschränkungen von Marathon Dinslaken ins Leben gerufen wurde und am 05.05.2020 begann. Über eine WhatsApp-Gruppe wurden wöchentlich verschiedene Trainingspläne für die 10km-Distanz mit einem Spektrum von „Zielzeit 44 Minuten“ Zielzeit bis „gut ankommen“ und zwei 5km-Laufpläne verschickt. Die Laufeinheiten mussten die Läufer/innen dann in Eigenregie absolvieren und konnten ihre Ergebnisse anschließend in der Gruppe teilen. Zusätzlich gab es nahezu täglich kleine Videoclips oder Links zu eigens für diesen Kurs erstellten YouTube-Videos zu verschiedenen Themen rund ums Laufen, wie z. B. Ernährung, Faszientraining, Dehnübungen, Stabitraining etc. Darüber hinaus konnten die Teilnehmer in der Gruppe Fragen stellen, sich untereinander austauschen, motivieren und gemeinsam kleine Erfolge feiern. Am 18.06.2020 fand dann, nachdem die Lockerungen wieder gemeinsames Laufen zugelassen haben, ein Abschlusslauf im Wohnungswald statt, bei dem auchnoch die ein oder andere neue Bestzeit gelaufen wurde. Die Kursleitung hatten Janin Beyer, Sebastian Mahlerwein und Axel Beyer.

Da bei einigen Teilnehmern der Wunsch auf Fortsetzung des Online Programms bestand, führen wir ab dem 23.06.2020 einen weiteren, sechswöchigen Onlinekurs in etwas reduzierter Form durch. Wer Interesse an einer Teilnahme oder Fragen dazu hat, kann sich gern unter axel@marathon-dinslaken.de melden.
