Start der Laufkurse ist am 24.03.2020

Wir möchten Läuferinnen und Läufer mit gleichen Zielen zusammenbringen und mit ihnen gemeinsam trainieren, weil wir glauben, dass sich Laufziele in einer Gruppe leichter erreichen lassen, die Motivation größer ist und es auch einfach mehr Spaß macht. Deshalb bieten wir Läuferinnen und Läufern aus Dinslaken und Umgebung ab dem 24.03.2020 erstmals ein sechswöchiges Kursprogramm für die 10 km-Distanz an. Es wird vier verschiedene Tempo-Gruppen geben, die von jeweils zwei Trainern/ -innen betreut werden. Das Spektrum reicht von „Zielzeit 44 Min“ bis „gut ankommen “. Die Teilnehmerzahl der einzelnen Gruppen ist auf 15 begrenzt. Eine Vereinsmitgliedschaft ist nicht erforderlich. Also, meldet Euch an und macht mit - Wir freuen uns auf Euch!
