Tanja Baygeldi wird Dritte in ihrer Altersklasse

Während zeitgleich die Vereinskameraden von Marathon Dinslaken in Köln beim Marathon an den Start gingen, hatte sich Tanja Baygeldi den Innogy Marathon in Essen als Abschluss des Marathonkurses ausgesucht. Ihr selbstgestecktes Ziel war, die 42,195km „mit einer drei vorne“ zu beenden. Und genau das tat sie dann auch. Wie im Lehrbuch passierte sie die Halbmarathonmarke nach 1:59:46 Stunden und legte dann in der zweiten Hälfte etwas zu und war schließlich nach 3:57:50  Stunden im Ziel. Und damit erreichte sie nicht nur eine Zeit mit der "3" vorn, sondern auch den dritten Platz in der AK W45.
