Viele Platzierungen für Marathon Dinslaken

Von den insgesamt 146 Finishern des 29. Schermbecker Halbmarathons starteten auch neun Läuferinnen und Läufer für Marathon Dinslaken und waren am Ende mit fünf Podestplätzen sehr erfolgreich. Bei zum Laufen angenehm kühlen Temperaturen wurde aus dem vom Wetterbericht angekündigten Regen allenfalls ein kleiner Niselregen, der aber noch vor dem Start der Sonne weichen musste. Pünktlich um 10:00 Uhr fiel dann der Startschuss in Schermbeck, und die Läufer wurden auf die schöne Naturstrecke geschickt, die größtenteils durch den Wald führt und schließlich wieder auf dem Schulhof in Schermbeck endet.

Erste Plätze in ihren jeweiligen Altersklassen erreichten Angelika Zacher (W60) in 1:57:58 Stunden, Britta van der Heiden (W50) in 1:41:46 und Janin Beyer (W45) in 1:43:28. Zweite in der W55 wurde Jutta Erlekotte in 2:09:47. Ebenfalls einen zweiten Platz in ihrer Altersklasse W45 hätte Tanja Baygeldi mit 1:47:26 erreicht. In der offiziellen Ergebnisliste taucht sie allerdings in der W35 auf, in der sie immerhin noch dritte geworden wäre, also den Platz erreicht hätte, der eigentlich Vanessa Rentmeister mit einer Zeit von 1:58:23 zustünde, die nun aber als vierte in der offiziellen Ergebnisliste geführt wird.

In der starken M55 erreichte Jürgen Musche einen guten sechsten Platz mit einer Zeit von 1:46:20, Hans-Jörg-Himmelberg in 1:49:08 wurde 15. in der AK M50. Auch Axel Beyer erreichte nach Problemen mit dem Oberschenkel noch das Ziel nach 2:02:28 Stunden.
