Gelungener Auftakt für´s Bahntraining

Unter Anleitung von Axel Beyer führte Marathon Dinslaken erstmals in der Vereinsgeschichte ein Bahntraining durch. Pünktlich um 19:00 Uhr fanden sich die Sportler auf der Platzanlage des SC Wacker Dinslaken ein, um bei der Premiere dabei zu sein. Nach der Begrüßung und einige einleitende Worte startete das Feld zum Warmlaufen. Anschließend wurde das Lauf-ABC vorgestellt und folgende Übungen durchgeführt: Skippings/Fußgelenkarbeit, Seitwärts überkreuzen, Seitensprünge, Anfersen und den Hopserlauf. Zum Abschluss des Trainings wurde noch ein Staffellauf auf den 400m Rundkurs durchgeführt. Die Teilnehmer waren sich einig, es hat riesig Spaß gemacht auch wenn einige Übungen für Neulinge gewöhnungsbedürftig sind. Ebenso ist der Staffellauf sehr gut angekommen, der spielerisch eine andere Art des Trainings erlaubte. Das nächste Bahntraining findet am Donnerstag den 17.05.2018 auf der Platzanlage des SC Wacker Dinslaken statt.
