Walker von Marathon Dinslaken wieder erfolgreich unterwegs

„Äußerst aktiv, immer in Bewegung und äußerst erfolgreich“, mit diesen Attributen lässt sich im Moment der Zustand der Marathon-Walker umschreiben.

Bei der 9. Kamp-Lintforter Walking Night dominierten über 5 km die Marathon-Damen das Geschehen und belegten die ersten drei Plätze. Iris Trum kam mit großem Vorsprung in 31:35 Min. als Erste ins Ziel, Ulla Warnecke finishte in 33:26 auf den zweiten Platz und Sabine Menzel behauptete in 33:58 Min. den dritten Platz. Bei den Herren war hier einmal mehr der Seriensieger Dirk Menzel erfolgreich und kam in beachtlichen 28:27 Min. als Sieger ins Ziel. Über 10 km erreichte Thomas Elsing in guten 1:03:37 Std. den zweiten Treppchenplatz.

Die Erfolgsserie fand beim 12. PollenPower-Lauf in Essen-Kupferdreh ihre Fortsetzung. Über 10 km überquerte Anke Reidick in 1:19:24 Std. als Zweite im Gesamteinlauf die Ziellinie, Thomas Elsing kam bei den Herren in 1:38:13 Std. auf den dritten Treppchenplatz.
