Einsteiger sind gut vorbereitet

Im Endspurt der Vorbereitungen auf den 9. Dinslakener City-Lauf befinden sich mittlerweile auch die Teilnehmer des „Von 0 auf 5000“ Programms, die sich seit Jahresbeginn dreimal wöchentlich im Wohnungswald treffen.
City-Lauf-Veranstalter Marathon Dinslaken bietet das Training alljährlich für absolute Laufeinsteiger an.

Die Übungsleiter Gaby Üzel, Friederike Setzepfandt und Lothar Dengler konnten in den vergangenen Wochen bis zu 60 Neueinsteiger bei den Einheiten begrüßen, von denen 33 nun unter dem Teamnamen „Von 0 auf 5000“ starten werden.
Die Trainer begleiten ihre Schützlinge dabei und bringen sie sicher ins Ziel.

Die Erfahrung zeigt, dass viele auch danach dem Laufen treu bleiben, der ein oder andere schließt sich sicher auch wieder Marathon Dinslaken an.
