Einstieg für Laufanfänger noch möglich

61 hochmotivierte Laufwillige fanden sich am ersten Freitag des Neuen Jahres zur Neuauflage des „Von 0 auf 5000“, des Lauftrainings für Anfänger, im Dinslakener Wohnungswald ein.

Das milde und freundliche Wetter bescherte ideale Rahmenbedingungen und so ging es nach den Begrüßungsworten von Michael Keuten, dem Vorsitzenden von Marathon Dinslaken, zunächst zum Aufwärmen und Dehnen.
Anschließend setzte sich die Gruppe, begleitet von mehreren erfahrenen Übungsleitern, in Bewegung.

Alle Teilnehmer schafften die zehn wechselnden Lauf- und Geheinheiten sehr gut in ihrem individuellen Tempo.

Der Einstieg in den Laufanfängerkurs, der auf die Teilnahme am 9. Dinslakener Sparkassen City-Lauf vorbereitet, ist auch jetzt noch möglich!
Nähere Infos dazu auf www.marathon-dinslaken.de oder mittwochs und freitags um 17Uhr, sonntags um 9:45Uhr im Dinslakener Wohnungswald.

Ich habe einen schrecklichen Muskelkater.
