Neuer Start des beliebten Laufkurses

In Vorbereitung auf den diesjährigen Dinslakener City-Lauf startet am 27.01.2016 wieder der Laufkurs „Von 0 auf 5000“ im Dinslakener Wohnungswald.

Nicht-Läufer und Laufanfänger werden hierbei befähigt, unter der Anleitung der erfahrenen Übungsleiter Friederike Setzepfandt und Gabi Üzel in 32 Einheiten über 11 Wochen, eine Distanz von 5 km zu bewältigen. Als Abschluss bekommen die Teilnehmer die Möglichkeit, beim 11. Dinslakener City-Lauf am 10.04.2016  teilzunehmen.  

Unterstützt werden die Übungsleiter von zahlreichen Mitgliedern des Dinslakener Vereins.

Zum ersten Mal wird parallel auch ein Kurs „Von 0 auf 5000“ für Walker angeboten. Wessen Interesse eher dem Walken als dem Laufen gilt, hat auch hier die Möglichkeit unter Anleitung von Iris Trum, ebenfalls über 32 Einheiten, sich von 0 auf 5.000m zu steigern.

Selbstverständlich finden beide Kurse kostenlos und ohne Verpflichtungen statt. Der bewährte Lauf - Trainingsplan zum „0 auf 5000” kann unter „City-Lauf” im Internet eingesehen werden.

Wer also lieber unter Anleitung und zusammen mit Gleichgesinnten laufen oder walken möchte, der kommt freitags und mittwochs um 17:00 Uhr und sonntags um 09:45 Uhr zum Parkplatz an der Voerder Straße im Dinslakener Wohnungswald.
