An gleich zwei Veranstaltungen nahmen wir an diesem Wochenende teil - dem Hamminkelner Abendlauf am Freitag und dem Gladbecker Sparkassenlauf am Sonntag.

Die absolut flache, ebene Laufstrecke über fast 100 % asphaltierte Wege startete und endete am Sportplatz Hamminkeln. Für den 10-km-Lauf musste die Strecke zweimal absolviert werden. Der Lauf bildet gleichzeitig den Abschluss des Lippe-Issel-Cup, worin Marcel den zweiten Platz seiner Altersklasse M35 erreichte. Hierzu wurden die Ergebnisse aus Schermbeck, Raesfeld und Hamminkeln addiert. Alternativ floss der Lauf in Devenack in die Wertung ein.

Sandra und Jutta gingen am Sonntag in Gladbeck beim 5-km-Fun-Walk an den Start. Der Lauf startete und endete im Stadion Gladbeck. Er besteht aus ebenen, festen Wanderwegen und kurzen Asphalt-Anteilen als Teil des Wittringer Walds.

Beide Veranstaltungen wurden sehr positiv aufgenommen und sind wieder Teil unseres Laufcups im nächsten Jahr.
