Anfang Januar startete der Laufkurs 0 auf 5000 m mit dem Ziel des Energy Run am 19. März 2023.

Anfang Januar versammelten sich 30 Lauf- und Walkingbegeisterte im Wohnungswald zum Start des Laufkurses 0 auf 5000 m. Dabei waren acht Wiederholungstäter aus dem letzten Kurs. Der 12-Wochen-Plan mit drei Trainingseinheiten pro Woche hatte als Ziel den Energy Run. Letztendlich haben 7 Walker und 11 Läufer am Lauf erfolgreich teilnehmen und die zwei Runden durch die Stadt gemeistert. Sie alle wollen dabeibleiben und regelmäßig am Training weiter teilnehmen. Die erfahrenen Übungsleiterinnen Friederike, Petra und Iris standen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vielen Dank dafür.
