Trainingsplan: von 0 auf 5000 m in 12 Wochen

Zeitraum:  vom 04. Januar 2023 bis zum Start am 19. März 2023 (Energy Run)
 
Marathon Dinslaken bietet allen "Erstläufern" ab 04. Januar, dreimal wöchentlich im Wohnungswald ein Training mit unserer erfahrenen Übungsleiterin Friederike Setzepfandt mit Unterstützung von Petra Pelzer und Iris Trum (für Walker).

Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos. Eine Mitgliedschaft im Verein ist nicht erforderlich.

Trainingszeiten:
Sonntag 09:45 Uhr - Mittwoch 17:00 Uhr - Freitag 17:00 Uhr   im Wohnungswald an der Voerder Str.
 

Das Training kann auch eigenständig  nach folgendem Trainingsplan durchgeführt werden:
