Die Lauffreunde HADI Wesel haben an diesem Wochenende den 3. Esel Walk veranstaltet. Mit von der Partie war auch unsere Jutta bei ihrer ersten Walking-Veranstaltung.

Der Startpunkt lag außerhalb des Auestadions in Wesel, führte über die zweimal 3,75-km-Strecke auf der Halbinsel im Landschaftsschutzgebiet und endete auf der Zielgasse im Stadion. 21 Nordic-Walker und 21 Walker gingen gepaart von zwei waschechten Eseln an den Start. Für Jutta war es ihre erste Teilnahme an einer Walking-Veranstaltung, die sie sich direkt mit dem ersten Platz in der Damenwertung versüßte. Sie kam nach 55:04 Minuten ins Ziel.
