Aufgrund der aktuellen Regelungen bleibt voraussichtlich die Sporthalle (an der Elisabethstraße in Dinslaken) längerfristig geschlossen.

Damit ist unser Angebot des Stabiltätstrainings vor Ort derzeit leider nicht möglich. Unser Trainer Theo hat sich bereit erklärt, das Stabilitätstraining aus seinem Wohnzimmer per Videokonferenz fortzuführen.

In der knapp einstündigen Trainingseinheit werden verschiedene Übungen zur Koordination und Beweglichkeit angeboten, die zur Stärkung der Haltemuskulatur wichtig sind. Das ist gerade in Zeiten von Homeoffice vonöten und eine willkommene Abwechslung im neu zu gestaltenen Alltag.

Unser Trainer Theo schaut gerne auch auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse und versucht bestmöglich über die Videofunktion die Haltung der Teilnehmer zu verbessern.
