Läufer von Marathon Dinslaken sichern 4 mal Platz 1, 1 mal Platz 2 und 2 mal Platz 3!

Was für ein Lauf!
Beim Halbmarathon am vergangenen Sonntag in Schermbeck gingen die Spitzensportler auf's Ganze und holten im hügeligen Gelände alles aus sich heraus.
Bei einer Strecke von gut 21 Kilometern gilt es taktisch klug zu laufen. Man muss flott starten, darf sich aber nicht zu sehr verausgaben um auch zum Ende hin noch genug Kraft zu haben.

Für Jörg Sänger (1.AK M50 mit 1:26:00 Std.), Günter Schittko (1.AK M55 in 1:33:35 Std.), Janin Roß (1.AK W40 mit 1:43:40 Std.) und Brigitte Frösler (1.AK W55 in 1:55:40 Std.) ging die Rechnung perfekt auf. Sie belegten die ersten Plätze in ihren jeweiligen Altersklassen.

Die Zielzeit von 2:02:08 Stunden bescherte Kornelia Solle den 2. Platz in ihrer AK W55, gefolgt von Therese Frychel (in 2:05:17 Std. die 3. in der AK W50) und Hans Prella (mit 2:23:38 Std. in der AK M70 dritter).

Weitere gute Platzierungen erliefen Jutta Erlekotte (2:06:43 Std., 4.AK W50), Ralf Wermes (1:57:40 Std., 10.AK M55), Axel Beyer (1:44:07 Std., 12.AK M40), Erwin Brost (2:01:05 Std., 12.AK M55), Jürgen Musche (1:47:19 Std., 16.AK M50) und Michael Haex (1:51:41 Std., 18.AK M40).
