Erfreulicherweise stellt uns der SC Wacker Dinslaken auch in diesem Jahr wieder die Laufbahn auf seiner Platzanlage an der Augustastraße zur Verfügung. Das bedeutet, zusätzlich zum Hallentraining, dem Tempotraining im Wohnungswald und den regulären Lauftreffs findet -nach der Zeitumstellung- ab dem 04.04.2019 um 19:00 Uhr für Vereinsmitglieder wieder das Bahntraining statt. Nach dem Aufwärmen werden in jeder Trainingseinheit verschiedene Schwerpunkte trainiert. Neben Übungen aus dem Lauf-ABC werden hier auch Kraft, Beweglichkeit  und Koordination trainiert. Intervalleinheiten runden das Programm ab und nach jeder Einheit findet dann noch ein gemeinsames Dehn- bzw. Cool-down-Programm statt. Das Bahntraining ist so ausgelegt, dass auch Läufer mit unterschiedlichem Leistungsniveau hier gemeinsam aber trotzdem individuell  trainieren können. Das Training wird von Axel Beyer und Sebastian Mahlerwein geleitet.
