Neue Angebote ab Mai 2018

Wir möchten die Möglichkeit schaffen, als Verein auch bei unterschiedlichen Leitungsniveaus mit Spaß zusammen trainieren, dabei an der Lauftechnik und auch am Tempo arbeiten zu können. Daher bieten wir ab sofort in den Sommermonaten (außer in den Ferien) donnerstags um 19:00 Uhr ein Bahntraining auf der Platzanlage des SC Wacker Dinslaken, Augustaplatz 16, 46537 Dinslaken an.
Dabei werden nach dem Warmlaufen zunächst einige Übungen des Lauf-ABCs durchgeführt und anschließend verschiedene Trainingseinheiten absolviert. Diese variieren von Woche zu Woche und werden z. B. als Intervalltraining, Staffellauf, Ameisenlauf, Paarlauf, Pyramidenlauf usw. durchgeführt. Abschließend steht noch Dehnen auf dem Programm. Dauer etwa 60 Minuten.  Es ist ausdrücklich erwünscht, dass sich alle (!!) aktiven Mitglieder des Vereins, unabhängig von Leitungsstand und Alter, von diesem Angebot angesprochen fühlen.

Friederike mit ihrem Team bietet auch in diesem Jahr wieder die Abnahme des Deutschen Sportabzeichens an.  Ebenfalls donnerstags auf der Platzanlage des SC Wacker (Adresse siehe oben). Beginn 18:00 Uhr. Die ersten Termin sind am 3.5., 17.5., 24.5.

Das Training in Hiesfeld findet unverändert statt.

Hier noch einmal der Hinweis, dass eine WhatsApp-Trainingsgruppe existiert. Vereinsmitglieder, die noch in diese Gruppe aufgenommen werden möchten, senden bitte eine kurze Mail an axel@marathon-dinslaken.de in der sie die entsprechende Telefonnummer und ihr Einverständnis zu den Datenschutzbestimmungen von Whatsapp senden.
