Um das bisherige Trainingsangebot zu erweitern, begleiten unsere Übungsleiter mit Unterstützung einiger Vereinsmitglieder ab sofort sonntags einen langen Lauf von mindestens 16 km und dienstags schnellere Laufeinheiten bzw. Intervalltrainings. Diese begleiteten Läufe finden im Rahmen des regulären Trainings statt, also dienstags um 19:00 in Hünxe-Bruckhausen und sonntags um 9:00 Uhr in Dinslaken-Hiesfeld. Treffen jeweils ca. 10 Minuten früher. Ansprechpartner für die langen Läufe am Sonntag sind Manfred Feldkamp und für die Tempoeinheiten dienstags Janin und Axel Beyer.
