Kirsten Sonnenschein gemütlich unterwegs

Am 11.09.2016 richtete der Lauftreff „die Stolperer“ zum 9. Mal den Drei-Halden-Lauf aus, an dem Kirsten Sonnenschein erfolgreich teilnahm.
Dieser Lauf ist ein geführter Landschaftslauf über 36 km ohne Wettkampfcharakter und ist auf Langstrecken- und Ultraläufer ausgerichtet. Die Strecke führt durch die schönsten Gegenden am Niederrhein, wo nacheinander die Halde Norddeutschland, die Pattberg-Halde und die Halde Rheinpreußen abgelaufen werden. Der Drei-Halden-Lauf ist zudem als Trainingseinheit sehr beliebt, da in einem 6:00 Schnitt bei gut organisierter Streckenversorgung gelaufen wird.
