Ein fröhlicher Streifzug durch Flora und Torten

Nicht nur die Teilnehmer des Ausflugs waren lustig aufgelegt, auch das Wetter hatte den Schalk im Nacken und so konnte man am vergangenen Sonntag alles einsetzen: Sonnenbrille und T-Shirts im Wechsel mit Regenjacke und Schirm.

Los ging es am Drevenacker Landhaus Selders, vorbei an idyllischen Wiesen und durch Alleen mit prallen Apfelbäumen.
Unter einem Pavillon im Park des Lühlerheims wurden dann in gemütlicher Runde die mitgenommenen Leckereien verspeist, hier muss vor allem Manuelas köstlicher Kuchen noch einmal lobend erwähnt werden!
Zwischen Maisfeldern und durch kleine Wäldchen ging es im Bogen zum Landhaus-Cafe Selders zurück, wo uns schon eine nette Kaffeetafel erwartete.
Nun kam die Qual der Wahl: aus neun fruchtigen Kuchenverlockungen galt es sich für eine zu entscheiden, mit dem Ergebnis waren alle äußerst zufrieden.
Während draußen die Regenwolken nun alles gaben was sie so drauf hatten saßen wir drinnen gemütlich schmausend an einer großen Tafel.
Schön satt und zufrieden, und mit der Beruhigung, dass wir uns die Kalorien beim nächsten Training ja auch wieder ablaufen, ging es zurück Richtung Heimat.
