Läufer von Marathon Dinslaken mit fantastischen Zielzeiten

Es wurde zum Glück nicht so warm wie befürchtet, und auch die Sonne war gnädig und schaute erst auf der zweiten Hälfte des Weges hinter den Wolken hervor.
Trotzdem war der diesjährige Rhein-Ruhr-Halbmarathon durch die Innenstadt bis zum Süden und wieder zurück kein leichtes Unterfangen.


Lange Trainingspausen nach Verletzungen, Übelkeit, Kreislaufprobleme... die Verlockung einfach aufzugeben war groß und manchmal ging es auch nicht anders.


Doch wer durchkam wurde belohnt.
Nach 21,0975 Kilometern vorbei an 50.000 jubelnden Zuschauern und bestens versorgt von über 2.000 ehrenamtlichen Helfern  kam das Highlight des Laufes: der Zieleinlauf in die Schauinsland-Arena.
Begeistert beklatscht von den Sportlern auf dem Rasen und auf den letzten Metern angefeuert vom Publikum auf den Tribünen lief es sich noch schneller ins Ziel, wo die Läufer beglückwünscht wurden und neben einer Medaille auch eine wärmende Plane und die Frauen eine Rose erhielten.


Und dann der Blick auf die Uhr! Geschafft, allen Widrigkeiten getrotzt und dann auch noch eine schöne Zeit geschafft, was will man mehr?
Der 14. Rhein-Ruhr-Halbmarathon am 7. Juni 2015 wird uns auf jeden Fall wieder sehen!
