Jörg Sänger mit Standortbestimmung sehr zufrieden

Jörg berichtet von dem Wettkampf: „Nachdem ich fast noch zu spät zur Anmeldung meines Dreitausendmeterlaufs gekommen wäre, habe ich diesen Lauf mal zur Standortbestimmung für meine Form genommen.
Ich wollte einfach mal kurz und schnell laufen (15 Runden x 200m)! Die Platzierung war eher zweitrangig.Ich hatte mir eine Zeit von 10:30 Minuten vorgenommen.

In der Halle herrschte sehr trockene Luft. Schon während des Warmlaufens merkte man ein Kratzen im Hals, aber jetzt musste man da durch!
Das Starterfeld umfasste zwölf Läufer in der AK M50! Ich habe versucht, konstant mein Tempo durchzulaufen. Dies gelang mir dann auch recht gut.

Die Dreiergruppe, die vor mir war, konnte ich nicht mehr einholen.
Ich kam dann letztendlich als Vierter mit einer Zeit von 10:27:16 Min. durch das Ziel.
Das hat mich natürlich auch sehr gefreut und ich war zufrieden mit der Zeit!"
